Female Physiotherapist
Doctor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science
Movement is my passion—whether it’s through pole dancing, gym, or running, I truly believe it can heal and inspire us.
I first graduated with my bachelors degree in exercise and sports science and then furthered my studies in a doctorate of physiotherapy at Macquarie University. From both disciplines I bring forth extensive knowledge to provide you with the best care possible.
From having injuries from work, sport or dance, I will create a supportive, holistic approach to your wellness.
My Approach: Manual Therapy, Goal-Oriented, and Holistic
Manual Therapy
I believe in the power of hands-on techniques to facilitate healing and restore movement. Manual therapy involves using skilled touch to assess and treat musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Whether it’s through joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, or other techniques, my goal is to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help your body function at its best. I tailor each session to your specific needs, ensuring a personalized experience that addresses your unique challenges.
Goal-Oriented
Every individual has distinct goals and aspirations, and I’m here to help you achieve them. From rehabilitation after an injury to enhancing athletic performance or simply improving your daily activities, I work collaboratively with you to set realistic and achievable goals. Together, we’ll create a customized treatment plan that focuses on your specific objectives, celebrating each milestone along the way. Your progress is my priority, and I’m dedicated to keeping you motivated and on track.
Holistic
I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. A holistic approach considers the physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that contribute to your health. I’ll take the time to understand your background, habits, and personal challenges, integrating these insights into your treatment plan. By addressing the root causes of your concerns and promoting overall wellness, we can work together to create lasting change and improve your quality of life.
Some of the treatments I offer include;
- Mulligans Joint Mobilisations
- Sports Taping
- Post-Surgery Orthopaedic Rehabilitation
- Soft Tissue Work, Trigger Point Therapy
- Dancing assessments
- Gym assessments
- Women's Health
- Functional exercise correction
- NDIS registered practitioner
When I’m not working with clients to help them reach their goals, you’ll find me at the gym, lifting weights and pushing my own limits. I love combining my fitness journey with my expertise in physiotherapy to create a supportive, holistic approach to wellness. Let’s team up and get moving together!
